You can use any type of meat for this recipe such as ribs, pork, steak and lamb chop.
Filipino Barbecue Recipe
Ingredient:
  • 3 packages of chicken legs and wings
  • 1 1/2 Cup 7 Up
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Gloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon or 1 package of Sinigang Tamarind Mix
  • 1 Del Monte Pineapple Juice
  • Banana Ketchup
Step 1:
  • Marinate for one day
Step 2:
  • Grill the chicken or your choice of meat
