Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Easy Korean Eggplant Salad


This is an easy Korean eggplant salad that you can cook in your home just like eating in a Korean Restaurant. 

It can be a side dish and cooked with your other Korean dishes we all see in a K-drama show.

Easy Korean Eggplant Salad
Ingredient:
  • 350g Eggplant
  • 1 Tbsp - Green onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp - Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tsp - Sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp - Vinegar (optional)
Step 1:
  • Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise
  • Steam for 10 minutes or until eggplant are cooked
  • Take it and allow it to cool
  • Cut into 4 - 5 pieces
Step 2:
  • Add all ingredients to the eggplant and mix thoroughly
  • Ready to serve in a serving bowl.
