Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. This is my all time favorite dessert that I can not resist to eat is a Mochiko which is a glutinous rice flour (or sweet rice flour).
Ingredient:
- 6 Eggs
- 2 1/2 Cup Fresh Milk
- 2 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Butter
- 1 Package of Coconut Moist
- 1 Package of Mochiko Rice Flour Box
Optional:
- Langka (optional)
Step 1:
- Combine all ingredients and mix
- Melt butter on the pan
- Place in over for 350 degree for 25 minutes
Step 2:
- Pour all ingredients in the pan with the melted butter and bake for 350 degree for one hour
