It turned out the cook on duty made the error, even though it was written down clearly. We know Paella Negra takes a long time to prepare, which is why Mom Violy had requested it to be cooked beforehand. She wanted it as her main meal, but because of the mix-up and feeling hungry, she took a piece of Carmina’s Turkey Club Sandwich and asked for the bacon on the side. This is my remedy I always do when I feel I am getting sick.
This is my remedy I always do when I feel I am getting sick.
- Drink plenty of warm water.
- Drink any fruit juice.
- Eat fresh fruits
- Eat Korean Ramen soup or any soup
- Take double of your Vitamin C (morning and night)
- Rest
- Drink ginger with honey tea
The reason why I eat Korean ramen soup because it makes you clear up your congested nose. The soup can be mild or spicy.

Eating process food like instant noodles are not healthy for you. If, you don't eat it often it is alright.

Dalandan Juice Recipe:
1 kilo Fresh Dalandan (slice in the middle)
Strainer
1 - Pitcher
2 Tbsp - Honey
1/4 Cup Hot water to dilute the honey
Step 1:
Squeeze all dalandan on the strainer inside your pitcher.
Step 2:
Add the 1/4 cup hot water with diluted honey
