Carmina's dad was craving for Vietnamese and wanted to bring his family have a meal. We are in the area of Brentwood, my dad remembered he used to dine in at CreAsian Wok 'n Roll . Upon entering there we're a lot of customers and the person asked how many we are seated at the table. The server handed us a menu asked us what we would like to drink. They brought out pitcher of iced water with glasses for us to pour our own water. My dad ordered a grilled lemongrass chicken combo with egg, shrimp, and an egg roll . Family member ordered basil leaf with chicken and garlic rice . Another family member had ordered a large Creation Special soup to share with everyone. The best thing on this salad you can add anything you want for example:
Tuna from the can (drain the water)
Salmon from the can (drain the water)
Chicken chopped
Tomato slice thinly
Onion slice thinly
Bell Pepper slice thinly
There are no limits and the best part you can use any type of pasta noodles you want.
Pasta Salad Dressing:
- 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Black pepper (depends on your taste)
