It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Most of my photos were from the pandemic period, a time when I could fully express myself and write about the food I enjoyed. Let's take a trip down memory lane with Carmina th...
I have traveled for so many year and every time I do travel. I have a difficult time getting back to my old pattern when you have visit a foreign country for a long time. Your body clock has a difficult time going back to your normal routine. I have notice once you get a little older your body has a difficult time adjusting back to the normal cycle in your life.
How do you deal from being not jet lag? How long does it take to over come to get back to your old pattern?
It really depends how you train yourself with discipline.
There are people who just keep sleeping the same time as when they had traveled from a foreign country. Honestly, that will prolong your sleeping pattern. You will not be able to adjust yourself that way.
I find if you try to beat off yourself to sleep and take a nap between the day. It is easier to do. Make sure you don't take a long nap in between the day. Or else it will not work for you.
I try to keep myself busy go outside or go on a date with someone. It is better you are not at home.
Go out shopping until you become really tired.
Exercise go to the gym or play sports to keep yourself wide awake.

Do this every day to keep yourself busy.
What I can suggest for you is schedule a home service massage in the afternoon. It will relax your body since you have been on a plane a period of time. Your body is aching from the pain seating on the plane seat for a long period of hours.
Home service massage range from PHP 350.00 ($7.00) to PHP 500.00 ($10.00). You can walk in for a massage. All prices are different in a SPA.
There are different types of massage in different countries. It all depends what type you prefer.
After you have had your massage you are not allowed to take a shower until the next day. Make sure you take a shower before you have your massage.
What will happen if you take a shower after your massage? Your body will ache after wards.
If, you can not resist not to take a shower you will need to wait after six hours to take a shower.
Sleep on your normal time and set your alarm to wake up in the morning.
For kids their stages of jet lag is different. They are more active and easily get worn out easily. It is easy to train kids and change their sleeping pattern.
