After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . When I was single I loved making scrap books for my friends and give it to them for their graduation, birthday or just appreciation of our friendship. In those days that was the in thing making scrap book and combining photo and cutting pictures from the magazine.
Scrap book is not the trend. People no longer develop pictures and put in a photo album. All pictures are combined into a CD.
We share our pictures in social media or make it into a slide show through our computer or phone.
Even though that seems to be the trend I still find time to make a video of my family or close friends in celebration of their birthday, wedding or just the appreciation of what our friendship means to me. I want the people I give too cherish the memories we had shared with each other.
Now, we don't need to keep it in a DVD we can keep it in our phones and keep playing it over again.
I love taking the time combining pictures together and finding the right song that seems to be apart what I feel toward them.
