Who really believe in all these superstitions things people say?

I have an employee who has worked for my in-law's for a very long time. She always tells us " Time is Gold". I always teased her why haven't we cash out those gold of hers. Since, we have worked hard and she keep telling us time is gold when she wants to rush us to finish our work on time.

There is a saying when your boss is not around they say, "When the cat's away the mice will play". That means that when you are not within supervision you are not doing your job properly.

Once someone drops a silverware such as a fork they say, " a man is coming to visit". When you drop a spoon they say, " a woman is coming to visit". 

They say, it is bad luck to sweep at night.

If, you trip over your spouse while he is walking down the aisle of your wedding. He will be under you. You will be the domineering during your marriage.

When your palm is itchy you will earn more money.

If, you drop a breakable item that means someone close to you has gotten an accident.

If, a black cat passes by you will receive bad luck.

They say it is bad luck when your eating at the table, It is bad to transfer to another table or seat while you have started eating. They say, "you will end up having another spouse".

Bringing home food from a wake or funeral is consider bad luck.

If, you are having the funeral it is bad luck to accompany the visitor outside.

From the wake or funeral you are not allowed to go home right away. You will receive bad luck.

When you eat food from someone who is pregnant you will get sleepy.

They say, when you cross over your spouse when pregnant from your bed. He will be the one to have your morning sickness.
