Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at Zensho for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Tito Boni, Tita Edna and Mom Violy had ordered the food that will be cooked in front of us. My Uncle makes this home made bread pudding that I was able to get from him. He only makes it on special occasion when we have a family reunion.

- 8 Eggs (beaten)
- White Bread
- 6 Cups of Milk
- Cinnamon Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Tsp Vanilla extract
- Butter (melted)
- 1 Cup Raisins
Step 1:
- Preheat oven 350 degree
Step 2:
- Warm the milk and add sugar, eggs with vanilla.
- Mix together
Step 3:
- In a rectangular baking pan
- Layer 6 pieces of the bread
- Add melted butter and raisins
- Layer 6 pieces of the bread
- Add melted butter and raisins
Step 4:
- Pour Step 2 to Step 3 on each layering of the bread
Step 5:
- Place the pan with 1 inch of water bath on a oven safe dish
