Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. When you feel depress and lonely your heart is in pain. You placed yourself in a close wall that looks like a box.
You tend to look in the past and think what other ways you could of done to make it better if you could.
Or what should I have done ahead of time
Or how should of reacted in a different way
Or how could of express myself in another way
In your mind there is so many questions floating in your brain things you could of have done in a better way.
No matter how you dwell from the past it will no longer change because it has already happened.
How long does it take to move and open that door of fear and remove that pain in our hearts?
It may take years to over come, but once you are ready. You will find it in your heart to re open that door that you have locked away in your heart.
Think of the good things you have done for yourself.
Think why you want to live
Think of happy thoughts
Make a list of the things that gives you are reason to live
Think more out of that box
One day you will walk away from that box and open that door and move on to something wonderful.
