Carmina was doing errands with her dad came across seeing Ranch 99 Market to do some grocery shopping. Carmina's dad saw there was frozen duck decided to purchase and try it at home. Carmina read the instructions and see how to prepare it. It says thaw out for twenty-four hours leaving in the refrigerator. Carmina had search to find out more information on Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, LTD since never heard about it. All you have to do is follow the instructions how to cook it in your oven and preparing the rest of ingredients just used tortilla to wrap it up and make sure slice up the duck when it is has cooled down. When you feel depress and lonely your heart is in pain. You placed yourself in a close wall that looks like a box.

Or how should of reacted in a different way
Or how could of express myself in another way
In your mind there is so many questions floating in your brain things you could of have done in a better way.
No matter how you dwell from the past it will no longer change because it has already happened.
How long does it take to move and open that door of fear and remove that pain in our hearts?
It may take years to over come, but once you are ready. You will find it in your heart to re open that door that you have locked away in your heart.
Think of the good things you have done for yourself.
Think why you want to live
Think of happy thoughts
Make a list of the things that gives you are reason to live
Think more out of that box
One day you will walk away from that box and open that door and move on to something wonderful.
