Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. I have co-workers who always make a bet that they will loose the weight in a limit of time. I never believe them. I see them buying Herbal Life Shake and spend so much money.

My co-worker always eat during her stressful moment fudge bar, ice cream cone, zesto juice and chips food that are not healthy. She just seat down at her table due to her work being the secretary at my in-law's business.
I always tell my co-workers why do you need to make a bet just to loose weight. Why can't you just do it on your own and be happy you we're able to achieve it on your own.
Later, the same co-worker makes a bet from her family saying she will loose her belly fat after giving birth to her second son.
She started the Keto Diet by eating hard boiled egg instead of rice.
I was telling my co-worker that I tried that for one month and it doesn't work eating hard boiled egg every day interchange for your rice. Eating protein rather than eating some thing else.
I recently had my blood test to see my medical check up was okay. I ended up being high cholesterol for the first time in my life.
I realize the way I was eating was the wrong way. I went back to my old self. I don't eat rice, but I eat other carbohydrates such as bread, pasta or potato. Either way you can still burn the fat. Just eat a balance diet is the best way.
My source of exercise is carrying a full load of laundry basket from my room that is on the second floor bring it downstairs all through the back of our home.

There are some people who spend so much on professional trainer to get fit and later come back to the unhealthy living.
I understand everyone thinks differently and do things differently just to loose the weight than want to achieve to fit into a dress they will wear for a certain occasion.
My theory in life it is their body and it is up to them what they want to do. I am not the one suffer or I am not the one not happy how I look physically.
I am not the one who cannot bend down and reach something from the ground. I am not the one who has to deal with the problem with their health.
I always hear someone say, I have maintenance for my health. I can eat what I want.
I stop caring for those people. Just let them be as long you know you tried to help them out is the only way you can just let them learn the hard way.
