Carmina says Bebang’s halo-halo is summer in a spoon — but is it the real deal or just pretty colors in a cup?

Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about  Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. Unlike other places, Bebang’s Halo-Halo doesn’t have size options—everything comes in a standard size, making ordering easier. Fear of General Check Up

Some people have fear getting their blood drawn just to get their lab work done. Every time a family member tells them to get their regular check up. The person keeps making excuses to get away from it. As their parents keep asking them to get a check up when they are eating meal at the table. They make up excuses to make an appointment for home service. You wonder why the person careless of their health and taking it all for granted. Filipino Langka Recipe

Filipino Langka is made from jack fruit it is cooked with gata which is coconut milk. Often our employees eat this has their meal with matching fried fish of your choice. Filipino Langka Recipe : Ingredients : 10 pieces small shrimp (peel and remove head) 3 pieces garlic (minced) 2 kilo langka young jack fruit (chopped) 3 pieces coconut or 5 cups of gata (coconut) 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Patis (fish sauce) depends on your taste 2 pieces green chili pepper 1 Onion (chopped) Step 1 : Cooking Method : 2 tbs cooking oil placed in medium pot Saute garlic and onion Add shrimp, langka, green chili pepper, gata and seasoning Mix together as you are cooking  Fully cook for 30 minutes until tender and soft

Filipino Lumpia Shanghai Recipe

This is best food to always have in handy and stock up in your freezer in case you unexpected guest coming over to visit you. Filipino Lumpia Shanghai Recipe : Ingredients: Choose either ground beef, ground pork, ground chicken or ground turkey 2 kilos Choice of ground meat  2 tsp Salt 3 tbs all purpose flour 6 Egg (beaten) 1 Small Magic Sarap pack (optional) 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper 2 carrot (peel and grated thinly) 2 small onion 2 tsp garlic (minced) Lumpia Wrapper (enough for 100 sheets) Wax Paper Flat Tupperware or zip lock  1 bowl with water (sealing) Plate Step 1 : Wash and soak ground meat of your choice in a strainer Place in deep bowl Add Eggs Mix together Step 2 : Add carrots, garlic, salt, black pepper. all purpose flour Mix together Tip : The reason why we use all purpose flour it makes all the ingredients stick to each other.
