Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try  Mamou . Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home before heading to Gateway 2 located in Cubao, Quezon City. Mamou is located ground floor inside Gateway 2. Age 50

What happens when you are at the age of 50 and you need to look for a job? You left your old employer not realizing what a big mistake you made.

I know a lot of friends who have encounter this mistake they have made in their lives. They had quit their employer where they have worked over ten years and they decided to quit because they felt they we’re having a difficult time.

I was telling my co-workers that when you get older people will not hire you because for one thing they will hire the younger ones who are well educated and the ones who have experiences.

We have a lot of employees who left for one year and came back. They came back because they knew they had no source of education back ground it was harder for them to get a job. We had hired them back, but not from the income they left. They had to start from the beginning as how they had started when they use to work.

They know how the real world is when you are outside and you need to get a source of income. We have employees who decided to leave because they decided to get married and have a family of their own.

After years have passed they start looking for a job and the kind of work they can only get in the province in the Philippines is working in a rice terrace, fishing and selling the fish in the market and working in construction. Those are hard manual labor.

I have a friend who left a call center company at the age within her 50’s and she had no work for one year and a half. She had applied for so many companies and some she couldn’t get into because she wasn’t qualified enough.

She realized the hard way when she had no one to rely upon with her financial getting low in funds that she had saved up while she was working.

I felt sorry for my friend I had help her out and she had lost of weight. I gave her clothes that no longer fit me.

I told her to come to the house when she needed someone to talk too.

After six months past she was able to get a job at the call center. It may not be a high position but the pay was enough to shoulder her daily expenses.

The other employee who uses to work for us wants to come back is trying to get a hold of the employee in the house. Sometimes you need to lower your pride if you really want your job back.

Your employer will not hunt to get you back since you we’re the one who decided to leave your employer.

You told everyone you we’re happy so we had set you free to explore the world and see if what you have heard or seen before is what you really want for yourself.

Every time my friend tell me they are having a hard time I always remind them not to quit and remind them how hard it took them to get the job where they are now.
