Have you ever seen a decoration your parents kept, carrying it with them from another country or a previous marriage? Carmina realized that parents often hold onto items they've purchased in the past. While browsing Greenhill's shopping center, she stepped into  Mystic Gems by Bensani and saw so many nostalgic items that reminded her of growing up.  I pointed out to Mom Violy that she had a similar crystal tree decoration at home. She said it was forty years old and already dirty. The saleslady explained it could be cleaned easily with soap and water. Carmina decided to take Mom Violy home and bring the crystal tree decoration with her. Mom Violy questioned why she was taking it, and I said I would clean it and return it.  I noticed Mom Violy had placed planting seeds inside the decoration, for reasons I didn’t understand. Graham Crackers with Coffee and Mango Dessert Recipe

Graham Crackers is very popular in the Philippines it is a non-bake recipe that is made in different ways:

 Graham Crackers with Coffee Crackers Recipe:


 Ingredient:

  • Coffee
  • Alsa Gulaman Jello or plain Jello
  • 1- Nestle Cream
  • Graham crackers
Step 1:
  • Make a cup of coffee on how you usually drink in the morning.
  • No need to add sugar and cream because the Jello already has sugar.
Step 2:
  • In a Tupperware pour the Jello powder and add the boiling coffee.
  • Follow the instructions in your Jello box and add the boiling water in the Tupperware.
  • Mix together.
Step 3:
  • Place in the fridge
Step 4:
  • When your coffee Jello has hardened add the nestle cream on top and layer it with graham crackers.
Step 5:
  • Place in fridge until the cream has harden.
Graham Crackers with Mango Non-Bake Dessert Recipe:



Follow the same procedure just remove the alsa gulaman or Jello and coffee just add sliced ripe mango to the recipe.

You will just keep layering the graham crackers and nestle cream with ripe sliced mango.
