Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at Zensho for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Funny Story:
My mom told me last night she was craving for kissadilla at first I couldn't understand what she was telling us. Than I remember there are some words she cannot pronouce propertly. She said, it is Mexican food that is in a tortilla with cheese and sometimes there is meat inside.
I told my mom the word is quesdilla not kissadilla. It sounds like she wants to kiss someone. 😘

I was craving for chicken enchillada to get something close to it I got the soup version. It was actually good got me full after eating one cup portion.
