Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Funny Story:
My mom and I are walking in the Royal Botanical Garden and there was a lady seating on the grass holding a book. My mom wanted to take a picture of the flower behind the grass and she decided to seat on the grass with the lady who was there.
When my mom sat the lady moved across from us thinking we're Chinese because of the coronavirus.
My mom and I couldn't stop laughing as we took our picture together.
