Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at Lazy Dog Restaurant in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding. Fettuccine Alfredo Blackened Shrimp Tacos Dessert Family members just ordered what they wanted with the Campfire Pot Roast, Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Fish. The next morning we have a tour from Singapore ferry going to Batam, Indonesia which is a 45 minute ride.
You can purchase your ferry ticket either through your travel agent, online or buy through walk in. For example we had purchase through Sindo Ferry.
There are a lot of ferry agents in the building to choose from. The price for the ferry ride is $50.00 Singapore money for round trip fare.
When riding a ferry, you will need to bring along your passport since you will be entering another country. It is best to arrive on time due to the process of entering Immigration. At the ferry when they say go to Immigration, they really mean Departure. It can get confusing to find it since there are no sign that says Immigration.
It is best to book a tour ahead of time with your travel agent. There are different types of tour available.

There are some people who have booked a hotel from Batam. They say, it is best to stay there for 2 nights to be able to complete the whole area of Batam. If, you are into nature and animals this place is for you.
If, you are just here for shopping not much to see. It is better to stay in the area of Singapore there are more places to visit.
You will be meeting your tour guide after the Immigration from your arrival in Batam, Indonesia.
Make sure you wear your sticker so that your travel agent can identify you right away once you enter. They will be holding a sign board with your names to find each other.
