Carmina had completed her puzzle and wanted to find a way to hang it up. First thing had to do measure the puzzle giving allowance make sure the picture frame would fit inside. Carmina had received it the next day packed up bubble wrap and in secure box. It was easy to put my puzzle inside and removed the film that had covered the front. When everyone is
getting sick at your home this is my favorite ginger tea I like to drink when
you feel like you will start getting a cold or you feel your throat is about to
get dry due to the change of the weather.
I love ginger tea and there maybe some people who don't like
ginger at all, but I find drinking ginger tea before bed time is healthy
because it has been proven to me when I plan to get a medical checkup drinking
ginger tea once a day can reduce cholesterol levels, keep blockage of blood
vessels and improves weight loss.
It has worked for me to drink ginger tea and I have known other
people who drink turmeric which I can't seem to drink because it is too strong
for me.
Anyway, ginger and turmeric are from the same family and does the
same thing in your body it has anti-inflammatory.
