Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. I had place myself on a diet and when you are staying home the tendency you become a couch potato or for me I am not on a sofa watching television more on my laptop and writing for my blog and sometimes you start craving for food you don't realize how much you have gained after you decide to go out or try on your clothes your jeans no longer fit you and people begin telling you look bigger than the last time they have seen you.
I realize now I am really need to stay home and nowhere to go I need to do something about my health and when you reach a point in your life feeling bored you go toward eating and not realizing how you really look.
I've decided to go back and be healthy if I can gain weight for one week. I am sure I can lose weight in one week or one month since this is what I can do for the meantime I am staying home.
