Family was informed by their friends to try Blackbird at the Nielson Tower and asked Mom Violy if she has ever been there before. Mom Violy had no clue what it was asked Carmina to look it up and see what kind of food they serve. Carmina gave the phone number to Mom Violy make a reservation for a family lunch. On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. We decided to stay in the lobby, where we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. Carmina took videos inside and learned about the history by talking to the staff. One hour later, people started coming into the restaurant and took their seats at the reservation table, browsing the menu to decide what to order. When the cook decide to quit because of pressure and cannot
handle the household goes slamming the door and what to you do take charge of
the kitchen because why get upset it is not only you who knows how to cook.
When you come into a situation and the person doesn’t tell
you that they cannot cope with the pressure thinking they can handle the full
load has being a house helper as the lady of the house we know how it takes to
run a house hold.
We can manage without us complaining and take charge of the
uncooked meals in the kitchen.
Some time people have too much pride and cannot let go and
let others help them around them they think they can shoulder all the house
hold but they don’t ask for help they put it into slamming the door.
No matter what situation you’re in it is best to ask for
help or a second hand not act immature around people who around you.
People come into a situation when they feel high and mighty
not able to lower their pride when there are people around them know how to
cook better than anyone else.
We never complained because we know we can manage on our own
and when we do need help we ask people around us.
