Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Kani Garden Salad Recipe:
It is easier for me when we have family gathering is just slice all the ingredients together and just layer it on a serving platter since everyone else like a particular ingredient on their salad.
This way they can get how much portion they would like to eat for their meal.
Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce or any type of your choice
- Imitation sticks (any brand)
- Hardboiled egg (sliced)
- Cucumber (peel and sliced matchbox sticks)
- Ripe mango (sliced into cubes)
- Onion (slice thinly)
You can add other ingredients into your salad.
