Mom Violy's Birthday Lunch at Mamou, Gateway 2

Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try  Mamou . Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home before heading to Gateway 2 located in Cubao, Quezon City. Mamou is located ground floor inside Gateway 2. Upon entering the person asked if we had any reservations however, they do except walk as well was seated at the table of our choice.  The person had handed us the menu. Beverages Menu Bread and butter were served after we had placed our order. Our appetizer was the Mamou's Bacon Steak. Mom Violy decided to order her lobster tail with rice. Carmina had ordered Beer Battered Fish and Malt Vinegar with choice of pot

Kombucha Made By: Glow Organic Phil.

I was able to ask from Hazel Villanueva where I ordered Kombucha if I can inform my audience about their product because I have been ordering from Glow Organic Phil. twice in a row and I realize not many people know about Kombucha after I had post a video about my Kombucha replacement of my beer.

The Story of from Hazel Villanueva:

Hazel Villanueva had currently worked at Sofitel Philippines Plaza Hotel in the Philippines. I met an American guy who introduced me the ancient elixir kombucha because he noticed I am suffering from back pain.

He taught me how to brew and fermented on my own. He bought scoby and other organic ingredients (starter kits) on making my kombucha.

I quit my job because of my back pain was getting worse. I’ve been drinking kombucha for months. Fermenting it over and over as I’m growing and expanding my own scoby. I noticed that it really gives me more energy and the pain lessen up along with my herbal supplement that he bought from the US.

It comes in my thoughts why don’t I make my own kombucha while I myself was drinking it too. So I started to bottling natural kombucha, making my own labels and logos for it. We have our online shop in Shopee and Carrousel.

We decided to test first before launching our flavored kombucha but before launching it we decided to try flavored kombucha. The first is Mango because I think mango is one of the common fruits here in the Philippines also most foreigner loves mango. The two flavors are Apple and Guyabano.

Currently my partner Curtis Southerland and I only sell online and Shopee and Carrousel but before lockdown we are looking for potential high end restaurant distributor for kombucha. Were planning to expand our business in Boracay where mostly foreigner customers live. 

We want to share knowledge about the health benefits of kombucha to my fellow Filipinos. We are also planning to have an actual store in Boracay in the future.
