Adobo Pusit Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Kilo Small Fresh Pusit (squid) – (cleaned keep the ink)
- 1 – Onion (chopped)
- ½ Cup Vinegar
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 Cup Water
- 8 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cooking Oil
Cleaning Instructions:
- Clean squids by removing eyes, innards and transparent backbone keep the ink sac intact. Rinse and drain well. Set aside
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
- Heat oil in small pan set in medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic sauté for 2 minutes
- Add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves bring to a boil
- Add squid cook for 3 minutes until the color of the squid change color.
Ready to eat!
