Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Adobo String Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup - Soy Sauce
- 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Medium Onion (chopped)
- 3 Tbs - Vinegar
- 2 - Tbs Cooking Oil
- 1/4 Kilo Pork (chopped)
- 1/2 Kilo String beans (washed, cut into 2-inch-long pieces)
- 1/2 Tsp - Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup - Water
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
Cook in a large pan in medium heat add cooking oil add garlic and onion sauté
Add pork cook for two minutes
Add soy sauce, vinegar and water until sauce begins to boil
Step 2:
Add string beans mix together cook for 10 minutes season with black pepper.
