  Ever eaten your lunch very late it was already one in the afternoon by the time Mom Violy and Carmina was going to eat. Mom Violy wanted to eat at  Cibo located at the GH the newest area located in Greenhill's Shopping Center. Mom Violy already knew what she wanted to eat was the chicken sandwich. The server had informed us there is a new promo which you can get a set meal by picking which one you would like. There was a perfect lunch deal for Mom Violy's chicken sandwich the server asked if Mom Violy would like to pair it with carbonara pasta for 549.00 pesos ($9.63). Each had a cream puff for your dessert was served ahead of our meal since Mom Violy was already feeling lightheaded. Adobo String Beans Recipe


This is my mom's favorite dish that she loves to cook often at home when you have left over meat you can add this to your dish.

 Adobo String Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup - Soy Sauce
  • 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 - Medium Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Tbs - Vinegar
  • 2 - Tbs Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 Kilo Pork (chopped)
  • 1/2 Kilo String beans (washed, cut into 2-inch-long pieces)
  • 1/2 Tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup - Water
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:

Cook in a large pan in medium heat add cooking oil add garlic and onion sauté 
Add pork cook for two minutes 
Add soy sauce, vinegar and water until sauce begins to boil

Step 2:

Add string beans mix together cook for 10 minutes season with black pepper.
