After a road trip and exploring the area, Mom Violy requested some seafood and was given a recommendation to dine at Breakthrough Restaurant . When we entered the restaurant, we saw it was bustling with customers, and Mom Violy asked for a table by the window to enjoy the beach view . Butter with Garlic Salmon Belly Recipe
Ingredient:
- 1 kilo Fresh Salmon Belly
- 1 stick of butter (any brand)
- 1 whole garlic (peel and chopped)
Step 1:
You will wash and clean the shrimps by trimming off the whiskers.
In a flying pan you will melt the butter, add the garlic and shrimp in low heat.
Step 3:
Once the shrimp turns pink it is already cook.
Ready to eat!
