It’s always been our tradition that when a birthday is coming up in our close group of friends, we take turns treating each other. Mom Violy picks the restaurant, and we all tag along. Tito Boni prefers to use his credit card for dining discounts. Each of us has a role—Tita Edna handles the venue reservations, and Carmina coordinates with everyone to capture videos and photos during the celebration. Butter with Garlic Salmon Belly Recipe

Ingredient:

  • 1 kilo Fresh Salmon Belly
  • 1 stick of butter (any brand)
  • 1 whole garlic (peel and chopped)

Step 1:

You will wash and clean the shrimps by trimming off the whiskers.

 Step 2:

In a flying pan you will melt the butter, add the garlic and shrimp in low heat.

Step 3:

Once the shrimp turns pink it is already cook.

Ready to eat!

Every house hold always has left over food at their home. We try to find ways to make a different dish from our leftover.

No one wants to eat the same food over again.

 This is what I usually make with my left over shrimp. I would peel the head and skin. I would make it into shrimp taco or shrimp garden salad.
