There are two ways to call Banana Cue or Banana Q either way when you come to the Philippines they will understand you what you are referring too. This is also sold outside when it is merienda time which is known to be a snack or time to have a dessert in between after your lunch or before your dinner.
Banana Cue Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 Pieces Saba (banana)
- 2 Cup - Brown Sugar
- Cups Cooking Oil
- Bamboo Stick
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pan you will add enough cooking oil and heat it up
once it starts to boil add brown sugar until it turns brown.
- Add the banana fry and flip both sides to be cooked
once the sugar has stuck on the banana remove the banana.
- Add three pieces on the banana in a bamboo stick.
