Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. This is my favorite scramble egg when I will be eating it with a Filipino dish called longganisa, tocino or tapa it can be eaten during your breakfast or when you feel like eating it.
Some people put it inside their pandesal or eat it with rice as for me since I stop eating rice for a long time I prefer to eat it alone with my main meal.
Scrambled Egg with Tomato Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 - Egg (beaten)
- 1 - Ripe Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 - Onion (chopped) - Optional
- Salt to your taste
Cooking Instructions:
- In a frying pan heat oil add onion and egg
- Stir while cooking and add salt
Note:
Taste best when not over cooked on the scramble egg.
