In the beginning when you are use to communicating with your family and friends you become restless and so bored out of your wits as you go through this everyday you end up finding more things to do on your own and things you may not notice.
I started sharing funny memories that has happened to my past because I was so bored and I needed a picker up as I was laughing to myself and my stomach was hurting.
