Filipino Dishes for Lunch or Dinner That Is Often Match Up

Every time we have visitors who come and visit us they end up complaining toward the end of their vacation telling us they have gained so much weight.

Everyone has a passion to eat and when you come to the Philippines make sure you always have room for dessert that comes along with each meal.

When you come to the Philippines you are not on a diet because when you are on vacation diet no longer exists in our world you can go back on a diet when you return back in your hometown.

This is how it is when you are going on a road trip with me no diet exist might as well enjoy your vacation by trying new food when you return back there is no food like our food located in your area or you may also have it but the food is not exactly the same like food made in the Philippines.

All my recipes are highlighted pink just click and it will directly you to it.

Filipino Dishes for Lunch or Dinner That Is Often Match Up

The secret is if the dish is cooked with fish there it is always matched with fried chicken or fried pork chop.

Example:

Food cooked with any type of meat is matched up with fried fish to balance your meal for example:

As to your vegetables normally it is matched up with anything fried or grilled it all depends what is your main ingredient that is mixed up with your vegetable like for example:

Pinakbet is mixed vegetables cooked with either shrimp or pork so if you use shrimp you will match it with fried pork chop or grilled liempo but if it you had used pork you will reverse it to fried fish or grilled fish.

Chop Suey with fried chicken

This tricky part munggo  is matched with paksiw bangus.

There is a technique how well you match up your food but with practice you will memorize it once you cook it together and you will see what you like best on each dish you have cooked.

We eat our Filipino Spaghetti with Fried Chicken or Grilled Chicken or Pork Barbeque this is what you see in a typical Filipino party.

Enjoy matching your food in choices you would like to add additional to your main course.
