Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. Have you’ve ever been bribed to keep a secret you have discovered from someone?
The reason I came from this topic because my friend was telling me someone was bribing him to get what he wanted out of his connections and since my friend had no money to buy what he needs the person who has money wanted to bribe him to get what he had wanted for himself.
I was telling him life doesn’t work that way to be bribed off to get what you want especially if it comes from using you to get someone back in your life just to use you to get back what relationship you have lost.
My friend said I was not thinking clear, and I know what bribe is because when I was growing up, I went through bribes, and I know what it does and how it doesn’t work that way.
Sometimes from a reason you don’t mean to eavesdrop on someone’s conversation to find out news from someone that they want to keep it away from someone they tend to buy you something you really want that you cannot afford.
I know how it feels to be bribed off from keeping a secret that you have heard from someone. The hardest part is that you have to keep lying as people ask where and how you we’re able to get what item they have bought from you when people surrounded around you know you have no source of income.
How do you explain where your item comes from and you’re not the type of person who likes to lie and make up a story.
As the story goes on and on later you will tell the truth where the item came because you are tired of lying and having to cover for that person.
Never accept being bribe it doesn't work and you will always be questioned where you had received the item based on a true story.
