Carmina was doing errands with her dad came across seeing Ranch 99 Market to do some grocery shopping. Carmina's dad saw there was frozen duck decided to purchase and try it at home. Carmina read the instructions and see how to prepare it. It says thaw out for twenty-four hours leaving in the refrigerator. Carmina had search to find out more information on Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, LTD since never heard about it. All you have to do is follow the instructions how to cook it in your oven and preparing the rest of ingredients just used tortilla to wrap it up and make sure slice up the duck when it is has cooled down. Rice choice plain or garlic
Sides choice grilled elotes (corn), whipped potato, triple mac and cheese, taco salad and jalapeno coleslaw
La Comida A is a main course with rice.
La Comida B is a main course with one side dish and rice.
La Comida C is a main dish with three sides and rice.
La Comida D is a main dish with one side dish.
Burrito rice is extra charge PHP 70.00 ($1.40)

Nachos Ala Bomba
Hightlight:Over all the Nachos Ala Bomba is something you call different in other Mexican restaurant I have tried. The burrito wrap need less lettuce otherwise it will be better looking forward in trying the other dishes off their menu in the future.
