Family was informed by their friends to try Blackbird at the Nielson Tower and asked Mom Violy if she has ever been there before. Mom Violy had no clue what it was asked Carmina to look it up and see what kind of food they serve. Carmina gave the phone number to Mom Violy make a reservation for a family lunch. On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. The outcome was it tastes like a coco jam that you spread on your bread it wasn't something I had expected from the taste it was too sweet over powering when I had combined it with my pancake. It was too sweet for me and I am not into sweets.
If you love coco jam spread on your bread you will enjoy it more than me.
I asked Manang V and Gina to try it who knows it may taste differently to them. Manang V said she would rather put it in her pandesal than eat it on a pancake. Gina said it was sweet but she can manage eating it with pancake.
