Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. You come across new sellers selling in Shopee an online shopping application used on your phone or online store to purchase items to be delivered to your home.
I've come across from new sellers who are new in selling items online and having it shipped out. There is one coincidence the item has leaked out and the can has a bump on the end from the being handle during the delivery. I suggested to the seller to place a card board border in between the can it will not hit each other when it gets delivered to her other customers this way the seller will not receive bad comments and will not lose any cost in her items they are selling.
New sellers are new at their business I don't mind suggesting what can be done to improve what they ship out and the best part in saying what need to be changed they take it out by offering a new freebie in your next purchase in the future.
I have received an item that was spoiled and it is not yet expired no matter what you to inform the seller in order for them to recognize items they are selling are not able to eat to be discarded to prevent getting food poising.
I don't ask for a refund from the new sellers. I just inform the new sellers in order to prevent them not to lose too much profit in their new business just in case they begin to experience from other sellers.
Most customers will ask a refund but going through that process is too much of a hassle and I don't want to deal with it if the money is not even worth it if only one item cannot be consumed.
