Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try Mamou . Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home before heading to Gateway 2 located in Cubao, Quezon City. Mamou is located ground floor inside Gateway 2. Upon entering the person asked if we had any reservations however, they do except walk as well was seated at the table of our choice. The person had handed us the menu. Beverages Menu Bread and butter were served after we had placed our order. Our appetizer was the Mamou's Bacon Steak. Mom Violy decided to order her lobster tail with rice. I've come across from new sellers who are new in selling items online and having it shipped out. There is one coincidence the item has leaked out and the can has a bump on the end from the being handle during the delivery. I suggested to the seller to place a card board border in between the can it will not hit each other when it gets delivered to her other customers this way the seller will not receive bad comments and will not lose any cost in her items they are selling.
New sellers are new at their business I don't mind suggesting what can be done to improve what they ship out and the best part in saying what need to be changed they take it out by offering a new freebie in your next purchase in the future.
I have received an item that was spoiled and it is not yet expired no matter what you to inform the seller in order for them to recognize items they are selling are not able to eat to be discarded to prevent getting food poising.
I don't ask for a refund from the new sellers. I just inform the new sellers in order to prevent them not to lose too much profit in their new business just in case they begin to experience from other sellers.
Most customers will ask a refund but going through that process is too much of a hassle and I don't want to deal with it if the money is not even worth it if only one item cannot be consumed.
