Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at  Zensho  for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Tito Boni, Tita Edna and Mom Violy had ordered the food that will be cooked in front of us. Just like anyone into healthy products most of the time you see almond butter now you can buy peanut butter made with roasted peanuts, coconut sugar, olive oil and sea salt.

Every health video I have watched on the internet carry brand of peanut butter made in the United States I wanted to find a substitute to be able to eat healthy but buy products made locally from the Philippines.
