Family was informed by their friends to try Blackbird at the Nielson Tower and asked Mom Violy if she has ever been there before. Mom Violy had no clue what it was asked Carmina to look it up and see what kind of food they serve. Carmina gave the phone number to Mom Violy make a reservation for a family lunch. On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. Reason something comes right in front of your face unexpected when you notice a cake that may look something familiar in what kind of cake your mom would want to eat for her birthday.
It may not be the exact cake maker there are so many cakes we tend to buy for ourselves and there are new people who also bake cake but not many people recognize who they are since they are not discovered by other people.
Just like those who are well known for their cakes they have also started from the basics until they have reach the level of being recognized by other people in every life it is the same pattern for everyone else in what they love to do.

I am that person who had purchase a cake from Big Al’s Cookie Jar in Burgos Building through Grab Food online application in the Philippines.
Too bad there was no dedication on the cake just a note on top of the box.
Tip the caramel cake needs to be place in the freezer the caramel melts fast due to the weather in the Philippines this is something I had notice when it was left on the table when my mom wanted to have her picture taking.
It is best to serve the caramel cake when you plan to serve it to your guest when it is time to eat otherwise your cake will be melting on its own something I had learned.
The cake is really soft and moist something different if you would like to try it for yourself.
