Ginataang Tilapia Recipe

 



Today I ate the employee's lunch menu Manang V had cooked ginataang tilapia I wanted to try and taste it after hearing it from her. I will share you the recipe of how Manang V had cooked it after I wrote everything down for you to try it at your location.

Ginataang Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Pieces Fresh Tilipia (clean and slice into 3 pieces)
  • 2 - Cloves Garlic (mined)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1 thumb size - Ginger (chopped)
  • 2 Cups - Gata (coconut milk)
  • 1 Tsp - Patis (Fish Sauce)
Cooking Instructions:
  1. In a pot when hot pour small amount of cooking oil add garlic, onion and ginger place sliced tilapia and gata let it cooked for 10 minutes add patis ready to serve in a serving plate.
