After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . I always hear this saying when the cat is away, the mice will play from Lola Puring who uses to live with us when she was still alive. Lola Puring would giggle to me and laugh when her daughter is not home most of her employees are so excited when she is not staying at home.
During our pandemic our family member decided to transfer to one of their children's home a long vacation to spend time with someone else but what happen when they decide to return back to their original home everyone living in their home begins putting back objects back in its place to make sure their boss doesn't see the misconception by neglecting their home.
Did you ever get excited when you're young when your parents would announce that they won't be coming home early? You have the house to yourself over the weekend I remember I would call up my best friend to come over and sleep over just to hang out to watch movies and tell stories to each other during our days social media wasn't the in thing life was simple.
I had friends tell me stories they use to ask their boyfriend/girlfriends come over to their home or just like in the movies we see have a big party till midnight until a neighbor will complain about the loud noise.
Everyone goes through this type of phase in our life when we find out someone will not be around and we take this attempt to do something we're not allowed to do or do something we are restricted from doing from our own will either way no matter what we do the cat will see the different changes in their home in return they will ask you to redecorate the Christmas tree how she would like it to look.
Everyone has their own taste and style how they see things some are old fashion others just have a different passion on what they want something to look at I was telling Gina let her be it is her home let her choose what is best for her home.
She has the right to do what she feel look better as long she is happy let her be anyway we know which one looks better in our eyes.
