Cranberries are a
healthy snack and it has its own benefits when you eat it. In the beginning you
will not enjoy the taste when you eat it with bitterness once you get use to
the flavor in your mouth you will get use to it.
I use to eat this before in California when I was young my parents would purchase it at a farm that sold dried fruits at the market when we use to travel though our long driving during our summer vacation.
Dried cranberries are sold everywhere and can be bought online for your convince.
You can snack it alone or add with your meals.
Cranberries are good for people who are dealing with urinary tract infection (UTI). I remember when I was young I had a friend who had to drink cranberry juice from having UTI and her doctor had recommend to drink it.
My mom and I like eating dried cranberries as our snack.
