Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Most of my photos were from the pandemic period, a time when I could fully express myself and write about the food I enjoyed. Let's take a trip down memory lane with Carmina th...

Potato Chips Mesquite BBQ from the USA

The best part I don't need to travel to the United States to buy a bag of chips. I can just purchase it online in the Philippines.

My friends tell me I didn't know the Philippines carry chips imported to us this is the best way to just shop away and have it delivered to our home.

I've always been a fan of barbecue flavored chips and finding this in Herr's Potato Chips Mesquite BBQ is something I can look forward too.

Right now I feel like making a sandwich to eat with my chips this way my leftover ham doesn't go to waste during the Christmas holiday.

We can never get tired of eating a sandwich and the way I grew up is not always eating rice.

People think if you live in the Philippines we only eat rice not really true there are people like me who grew up can cope eating food what the American do.

It is just how we all grew up and what our parents feed us since I grew up in the United States. I tend to look for food coming back during the time I grew up.

Chips was always a part of my meal during my childhood it may not be the same brand but as long it is barbecue flavor I am cool with it.
