Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Actually life sometimes brings you to the direction to see what frozen items are new at S&R to check what new products are available in their frozen meals.
I am just lucky to discover new food to try at home other than eating Filipino cooked in your home daily you tend to look for food elsewhere.
I decided to try Stouffer's Swedish Meatballs to see how it would taste the outcome it is actually delicious even if it is a frozen meal with all the flavoring looks exactly in the picture in the box with instructions to follow how many minutes to cook in your microwave oven.
