Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. I have been craving for ravioli pasta and for some reason we don't have that here in the Philippines that you can purchase in the super market. I came across a new brand on Del Monte Spaghetti sauce with cream cheese. I decided to play by ear and see if this would work out on my taste buds.
