What happens when our bodies change during lockdown?

There was a time we had someone working for us and she thought she was pregnant because her stomach was getting bigger in her mind she was thinking there was a baby inside. Everyone couldn't believe someone who was over aged can have a baby at that age of course to us it is a blessing if you can still have a baby when you are under going menopause. After five months thinking you are pregnant as you have taken two pregnancy test both results became negative but in your mind you keep thinking you are as you pretend to eat how you would be if you we're pregnant or not. What happens when finally you had a check up and find out the real facts you are not pregnant you are just under going pre-menopause and the side effects you are getting from the assessive eating and feeling tired is because due to being over weight. What are the advantages from Covid-19?

The advantage of being under covid-19 is that you realize what you have based on your life and how everything has changed around us. We also learn that not only you are having a difficult time as well the people surrounded around you. We also learn to change the way we live in what we don't normally do and being in this type of strict environment let us realize what we may have than other people we know. Sometimes people think this covid-19 is a good thing it is something you learn to recognize and what can be change from you if you wanted too. We learn to help others who are in need as well we learn to know who you are based on the old you and the new you. Something I have learned from staying at home even if you don't get to travel you can still look at all your pictures and videos you have taken so many years in the past and still be able to remember them but not know the full date or details but when you have post it in your Facebook and the memory comes to you to

How to prepare food for the elderly at your home?

Living with your parents as they start to aged you will begin to notice the way they become weak the movement you see them start to walk and how they are not are aware when you talk to them your voices has to be louder for them to hear you talk to them. Your parents don't want to admit they have a problem hearing and they won't allow to wear a hearing aid to them there is nothing wrong with them. They tend to tell you it is better this way because so often if they have a spouse who loves to nag they won't hear everything they tell them. As you see your parents act this way you begin to worry for them but to them it is not a big deal because when you also reach their age you will also know the situation when you too reach that aged. When it is time to eat this is something I have noticed the food has to be prepared this way they can no longer swallow their food how they use too and they tend to eat too fast not realizing they can choke on their food. The only way to prevent
