Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at Zensho for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Ground Pork with Quail Egg Recipe Ingredients: 2 - Kilos Ground Pork 20 - Pieces Quail Egg (boiled and remove shell) 1 - Carrot (peel and slice to cubes) 2 - Potatoes (peel and slice to cubes) 1 - Large Del Monte Original Tomato Sauce 1 - Red Bell Pepper (sliced small) 2 - Onion (peel and chopped) 2 - Whole Garlic (peel and chopped) 2 - Cup Water Patis (fish sauce) to taste Cooking Instructions: In a large pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic and onion to sauté add ground pork, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, water and tomato sauce cook until vegetables are tender season with patis add quail egg the dish will be cooked once water has evaporated.
