Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Ground Pork with Liver Recipe

Manang V decided to change one ingredient from menudo by using ground pork so now we have a new recipe to add on and something you may also want to try at your home. When I took a bite I thought it was ground pork with potato and carrots but as I had swallow the food I had taste liver in my mouth oh my you cannot see the liver as Manang V had chopped it so small look like only ground pork it is deceiving but good if you're trying to feed a kid who hates liver like me. Ground Pork with Liver Recipe: Ingredients: 2 Kilos - Ground Pork 1 - Kilo - Pork Liver 2 - Potatoes (peel and sliced to cubes) 2 - Pieces Carrot (peel and chopped to cubes) 2 - Onion (peel and chopped) 2 - Whole Garlic (peel and chopped) 1 - Large Del Monte Tomato Sauce 1 - Knorr Pork Cube 2 - Cup Water Patis to taste Cooking Instructions: In a pot pour cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion sauté adds ground pork, liver, tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, water, pork cube wait till meat and vegetables are fully cooked...
