  My sister had requested me to order my mom a birthday cake and have it dedicated to her children due being far from us even though they cannot be a part of our celebration the though counts when they have thought about their Nana on her special day.   During my visit with my mom at her home after we had eaten our lunch and was able to rest we had spent some time calling up her friends for virtual calls without letting them know ahead of time.
