Carmina informed Mom Violy that she would visit her home on Saturday, November 8, 2025. From our leftover tofu Manang V decided to make it into a Chinese clear soup giving you how to make it in your location.
Chinese Clear Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup - Ground Pork (cut thin stripes)
- 2 Slices Fresh Ginger (slice thinly)
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tsp. - Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. - Patis (fish sauce)
- 1/2 Tsp. - Sesame oil
- 4 Pieces - Spinach leaves
- 1/2 Cup - Tofu (slice to cubes)
- 6 Cup - Water
- Optional add any noodles to the soup
Cooking Instruction:
- In a pot add sesame oil while hot add onion, ginger sauté and add ground pork.
- Add six cups of water boil for ten minutes add soy sauce, patis, spinach leaves and tofu.
- Add noodles of your choice (optional)
- Cook for 5 minutes ready to serve in a serving bowl.
