In some countries turmeric are expensive living in the Philippines and having a farm give you a purpose to add them to your own cooking.
I decided to explore and make my own tea in advance it is easy to prepare all you need is a food processor, knife, ginger, turmeric, spoon and jar to place in the content when mixed together.
You will wash the turmeric and ginger to remove the dirt from the outer part slice it enough to place in your food processor.
You will use the skin no need to peel it giving you not to waste anything.
Place it in the air tight jar leave in the refrigerator when you plan to use it with your cooking and beverage.
It will last up to one week until it would expire.
Turmeric and Ginger Tea Recipe:
Boil water place on a mug add 1 tsp. turmeric and ginger, honey to your taste and stir together this is a way to drink any time of the day.
Cooking:
Add how many tablespoons you want to combine to your cooking no one will know you've added this in their meal.
