I don't normally complain about how a certain food taste like but sometimes we need to let people know before they decide to taste it for themselves.
I have been eating Authentic Vietnamese sandwich for a very long time. I know what it should have by the ingredients made in a Banh Mi.
For the first time my Banh Mi Lon Nuong Barbecue Pork Sandwich was too salty in the meat and sweet on the barbecue marinated in it.
There wasn't any pate on the bread that is often used to make a Banh Mi in most Authentic Vietnamese Restaurants would put.
The vegetables inside wasn't what I had expected little amount inside.
The bread was hard on the top but soft in the inside might be due the process being over toasted.
I have experience in baking bread during my college years. My parents had owned a Subway Sandwich Franchise when I was living in California.
I had worked there for eight years based on my experience being an Sandwich Artist gave me the knowledge of how our sandwich should taste like and how too prepare it.

Banh Mi Thit Lon Nuong (Barbecue Pork Sandwich) PHP 199.00 ($3.98) not including handling and tip to the rider ordered through Grab application.
What I can say that is good in Chi Em Gai Vietnamese Restaurant?
Cha Gio Vietnamese Fried Spring Roll PHP 99.00 ($1.98) taste better than anything else. I am not sure maybe in certain dishes they need to improve in their cooking.
