Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Nongshim Shin Ramyun Non-Frying Noodle Soup


In our life there will always be someone who leaves us not due to having problems in your relationship more on having a difficult time in their work environment.

Those employees who have gained to be their family gives some people looking sad in their heart.

In life we need to think there may be something better for them reason why they decided to leave their old employer.

I had purchase Nongshim Shin Ramyun Non-Frying at Wang Mart Quezon City through Grab Mart having no clue if it was mild or spicy flavor for PHP 73.00 ($1.46) not including handling and tip to the rider.

I cannot read the package due I don't understand Korean and there was no note when I was placing it in my basket for the indication all it said was Shin Non Frying Cup.

I went ahead and prepared the Nongshim Shin Ramyun Non-Frying by boiling the hot water from our kettle.



Pretty neat looking at how the dried noodles look inside being loose compared to other ramen noodles in an instant cup.


The orange packages is the dried vegetables, silver seasoning and clear sesame oil you will add the ingredients before adding the boiling water up to the line indicated inside the cup.



I was able to sample the Nongshim Shin Ramyun Non-Frying it was too spicy for me that I couldn't handle the taste. Ike claimed he loves eating spicy food. I gave it to him to eat for his dinner. Ike told me he couldn't believe how spicy it was the more he drank water the hotter it got in his tongue. I had mentioned it is better if you drink dairy product for example you love drinking milk tea the spiciest will remove from your mouth.


Even though it will be Ike's last dinner with us at least we have some memories left behind when he moves back to his hometown.
