Mom Violy, Tita Edna and Carmina have never been to Iloilo . I had purchase Ottogi Stir-Fried Cabbage Noodles at Wang Mart Quezon City through Grab Mart application for PHP 90.00 ($1.80) big cup not including handling and tip to the rider being delivered to your location.
Manang V was surprise while I was making her meal not understanding the package although it has instructions on the box letting you know what you need to do.
You will open half of the cover lid fill boiling water up to the line indicated inside the cup add the Green pack dried vegetables and cover the lid for four minutes.
